Presentations and Workshops on Workplace Mental Health
with Dr. Steve Conway, RCC, ACS, PCC
Presentations That Make Workplace Mental Health Practical
Healthy workplaces do not happen by accident. They are shaped by the everyday decisions leaders make, the cultures organizations create, and the way people experience work each day.
For nearly 20 years, I have delivered presentations, workshops, and facilitated conversations that help organizations strengthen workplace mental health, psychological safety, leadership capability, and employee wellbeing.

Supporting a struggling employee
Navigating difficult conversations
Preventing burnout
Addressing disrespectful behaviour
Creating psychological safety
Leading for employee wellbeing
Practical. Evidence-Informed.
Built for the Real World.
Workplace mental health can quickly become theoretical. My approach is different.
I translate psychological and leadership concepts into practical ideas that leaders, employees, and organizations can use in everyday situations.
My goal is not simply to increase awareness. It is to help people understand what they can actually do differently.
Presentation Topics
Experience Across
Both Sides of the Conversation
For nearly 20 years, I have presented at local, provincial, and international conferences and delivered workshops and presentations for organizations across a wide range of industries.
I have worked with senior leaders, frontline supervisors, employees, HR and safety professionals, healthcare professionals, educators, professional associations, and multidisciplinary teams.
My experience as a psychotherapist, executive coach, organizational consultant, educator, and senior leader allows me to approach workplace mental health from several perspectives.
I understand the clinical side of mental health.
I understand the realities leaders face when supporting employees.
And I understand that organizations still need to operate, make decisions, manage performance, and get work done.

That combination allows me to have conversations about workplace mental health that are compassionate without losing sight of the realities of work.
Trusted by Audiences Worldwide
Over nearly two decades, I’ve delivered keynotes, workshops, and conference sessions for audiences across Canada and internationally. These recent engagements reflect the topics organizations are asking for most: psychological safety, emotionally intelligent leadership, and workplace mental health.

More Than a Presentation
Whether I am speaking to a leadership team, facilitating a workplace learning session, delivering a conference presentation, or supporting a professional development event, I want participants to leave with more than interesting information.
My presentations are filled with stories, real-world examples, and situations people recognize from their own workplaces. I use them to bring ideas to life, make complex concepts easier to understand, and help participants connect what we are discussing to the realities they face every day.
My sessions are conversational and engaging, with opportunities for discussion, reflection, practical exercises, and applying concepts to real workplace situations.
Stories also make learning memorable. People may forget a model or a slide, but they often remember the story that helped the idea make sense.
I want participants to leave with new ways of thinking, practical strategies, useful language, and greater confidence handling the situations they encounter at work.
