Insurance

Insurance coverage for counselling varies between providers and plans.

I do not bill insurance companies directly. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), my counselling services may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement through extended health benefits that include coverage for RCCs.
After each session, I will provide a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, if applicable.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Clients often describe me as approachable, practical, direct, and having a sense of humour.
While counselling can involve difficult conversations, I don’t believe it needs to be overly formal or filled with therapy-talk.

I strive to create an environment where people feel comfortable speaking openly about what is happening in their lives while also being challenged to consider new perspectives and possibilities.

Therapy is a professional relationship, but at its core it is also a human conversation.
